I really enjoy the courses here. The membership is really inexpensive and well worth the money. Seaside course is undergoing a change to grass type, so only 9 holes open, but Newport is fully open. The courses are in good shape, not excellent, greens are fast and Newport offers some great views of the bay.

Played a round on the Newport bay course a couple of weeks ago, one of the nicest courses I’ve ever been on. The staff is top notch, everyone from bartenders to the cart boys to the starter to the pro shop staff. Highly recommend coming here. Pro shop was also very well equipped. I cannot wait to return!

$35 hot deal on golfnow..worth every cent. Played Newport Bay course. 3 holes kind of didn't make sense in it's layout to me, not challenging, just taking a 7 iron off tee and then 4 iron to green felt strange..like they ran out of real estate to make the dogleg turn.
Views of marsh on all 18 holes. Such good views you start to take for granted. Wasn't a windy day so I easily broke 90, scoring an 85. On a windy day I bet it play brutal as there is nothing to shield you from the onslaught.
Very good condition. Fescue grass. Been a while since I've played Fescue so that took some adjustment in the rough because of the flyers.
Thick, soft sand bunkers. Great visual placement of the bunkers.
Staff is friendly enough but don't even think about teeing off early.
Bland layout routing with the exception of about 5 holes that make you think club selection and if you can carry a distance or not for an easier second shot.
For $35 I would play over and over.
Restsurant had good food with reasonable pricing as well.
